Recognizing the need for formal training, she enrolled in the 1-Year Master Diploma in International Culinary Arts at the Indian Culinary Academy, Bangalore—one of India’s top culinary institutions.
Her dedication and love for gastronomy led her to seek international exposure, and that’s when she approached Wipgen for assistance with securing a culinary internship in France. With expert guidance and a streamlined process, Ancy’s France Culinary Internship Visa was approved in just three months!
She is now all set to embark on an exciting six-month paid internship at Holiday Inn, Marseille, France, where she will gain hands-on experience in a world-class culinary environment. Along with her stipend, she will also enjoy free food and accommodation, making this a truly rewarding opportunity.
